Aged IGP Balsamic - Gold
The Gold Balsamic is particularly thick (density 1.33\69° brix). It has a pleasant, sweet note balanced by the right acidity. Aged in oak barrels.
Ideal as a gourmet finishing touch for meats and seafood, delicious paired with aged cheeses or added into olive oil.
